THE JUNGLE BODY KONGA BURN is part of The Toowoomba Regional Council CHANGE Project and class fees are heavily subsidized to promote affordable exercise options to the community. KONGA is a fun, easy-to-follow, high-low intensity fusion of Boxing, Cardio, Dance & Sculpting, set to the hottest beats from all decades, including Afro, Hip Hop, Top 40, Electronic and Old School music, from the 70s to current.
BURN is a one of a kind Choreographed Dumbbell Sculpt Workout. Using 1.5kg - 2.5kg Dumbbells in each hand, it fuses this with movements that are dance inspired that will shape, sculpt and improve your muscle tone in your Upper Body and Core. Focusing on functional and high repetition movements, you will burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning. Both programs are based on only 4 moves per track and options are given to suit all fitness levels. Whether you are super fit or totally uncoordinated, making it easy to follow enables you to work harder, getting you fitter faster. With fresh choreography, new technique and the latest music cycled through every week you will never hit a plateau or get bored!
WHAT TO BRING:
2 Dumbbells - Beginners 1.5kg, Intermediate 2kg, Advanced 2.5kg. (A limited number of hand weights are available for your use to try the class but under current COVID conditions, BYO is helpful).
