Woman killed in Warrego Highway crash

 A 41-year-old local woman died on Tuesday after the car she was driving and a B-double semi-trailer collided on the Warrego Highway.

The crash occured in the eastbound lanes about 5.10pm.

The woman was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The RACQ CareFlight Rescue helicopter airlifted a 15-year-old boy to hospital in Brisbane.

He has head, neck, chest and spinal injuries and was one of three people who had to be released from the wreckage.
