Woman charged after shots fired into cars, garage

POLICE have charged a woman following a shooting incident overnight in Kawungan.

Police were called to Arlington Street following reports that a firearm had allegedly been discharged into three cars and a garage.

No one was injured as a result of this incident.

A 28-year-old Kawungan woman has been charged with one count each of unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a knife in a public place and is due to appear in the Hervey Bay Magistrates Court on July 17.
