Woman accused of faking her own attempted abduction
A COURT has heard embarrassing allegations against a Sydney woman accused of faking an attempted abduction.
Aida Chehadeh sent police on a man hunt after claiming a trio of attackers had attempted to drag her into their car at Liverpool in January.
Police will allege they later discovered CCTV footage of Ms Chehadeh casually smoking a cigarette outside her work at the time the attempt was supposed to have been made.
The case will return to court on April 9.
