FOUND: Urgent public appeal locates missing woman

UPDATE: Police have located a woman reported missing Kearneys Spring woman after an urgent public appeal.

Police said a member of the Toowoomba community who spotted the appeal online reported Alice Haller had been located.

"Police would like to thank the public for their assistance," the service said in a statement.

EARLIER, 9.30AM: Urgent public assistance is sought to locate a missing woman, 75, from Kearneys Spring.

Alice Haller was last seen about 9.30am yesterday on Heinemann Crt, and concerns are held for her welfare as she suffers from a medical condition.

She is known to walk along the pathways near Spring St, West St, Ruthven St and Alderley St, police said.

Ms Haller is described as Caucasian, about 160cm tall with a slim build, fair complexion, grey hair, brown eyes and has a European accent.

Police said Ms Haller could be wearing long slacks and a cardigan.

Police ask anyone who has seen Ms Haller or knows of her whereabouts to contact Policelink on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
