Police are closing in near a block of flats in Glencoe St.
10:30PM
A man has evaded police in the vicinity of Davis St, Allenstown.
He is reportedly fleeing through other people's backyards in the direction of Allenstown Plaza.
More police crews are on their way.
No cordons have been established yet.
