Uni Facebook post of breastfeeding mum goes viral

A PICTURE of a breastfeeding mum posted on Facebook by University of the Sunshine Coast has gone viral overnight with more than 58,000 likes.

Recent USC graduate Jacci Sharkey sent in the photo to thank the university for its support as she juggled a degree and two babies.

"Just wanted to share a photo from the most recent graduation that I am proud of," Ms Sharkey said in the post.

"I'm extremely proud that with the support of the Uni, during my degree I was able to have 2 babies and still finish my degree. Thanks USC!"

While majority of the feedback online was positive the photo was not spared criticism from some who took offense to the post.
