UPDATE: A man has been freed from the wreckage of a three-car crash earlier this evening.

Initial reports suggested two cars were involved in the crash at Clifford and Herries Sts around 6.30pm. 

A man was trapped in one car before he was removed by Queensland Fire and Emergency Services.

He has now been transported to Toowoomba hospital for minor injuries.

Two other people involved were treated at the scene by paramedics.

BREAKING: Emergency services are on the scene of a two-car crash at Clifford and Herries Sts. 

It is believed the cars crashed on the corner, leaving one passenger trapped and two others injured. 

Queensland Fire and Emergency Service officers are using hydraulic equipment to remove the door.

Police, paramedics and fire-fighters are on the scene. 

Emergency services received the call about 6.30pm.
