Tour takes a look into scary past

TICKETS are still for the Gatton Blue Light ghost tour this Saturday.

The ghost tour will visit the most haunted places throughout the Lockyer Valley, including the site of the Gatton Murders.

Author of several books on the Gatton Murders, Stephen Behnke, will also be speaking during the tour as he sets the scene for the most infamous crime in Gatton's history.

As well as speaking to those who are attending, he will be selling sets of his Gatton Tragedy Collection for $40 to any participants of the tour.

There are limited spots on the tour which is for people aged 12 to 17 years.

The tour will leave from the Lake Apex car park at 5.15pm, and tickets can be purchased from the Gatton police station between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

Tickets include a sausage sizzle and a ghost tour T-shirt.

This is a fascinating chance for youngsters from both here and around the region to learn more about the scary past of the region.
