Tony Abbott at Amberley to see off troops on ISIS mission
PRIME Minister Tony Abbott and opposition leader Bill Shorten will be at RAAF Base Amberley today to farewell personnel headed for the Middle East.
Air crews from Amberley are flying to the Middle East after the government's decision to contribute to international efforts to fight IS.
The Australian contingent, of about 600 personnel, will move to the United Arab Emirates where they will prepare to respond to future government decisions.
