Toddler dies in forklift accident in the Lockyer Valley

A TODDLER has died from injuries sustained after being hit by a forklift on a property near Forest Hill on Saturday afternoon.

The two-year-old was at the property on Forest Hill-Fernvale Rd at Lynford when tragically run over by the forklift about 5pm.

Police and Workplace Health and Safety will investigate the incident.

The toddler's name has not yet been released.
