THREE teens have been taken to hospital after a crash on the Sunshine Coast.

Emergency crews were called to Currimundi just before 2am after reports of a single vehicle crash on Saffron Drive.

Paramedics transported three teenagers to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital.

The teens suffered spinal and chest injuries.
