TENNIS star Bernard Tomic has had another run in with police, this time after a scuffle with a man in a Gold Coast apartment spa.

Police were called to the Moroccan Resort Apartments in View Avenue in Surfers Paradise where they were confronted by the 20-year-old professional tennis player at 5.30am yesterday.

A spokeswoman for the Queensland Police Service said officers were called to the apartments following reports of a disturbance.

There, they spoke to two males.

The Gold Coast Bulletin has reported the disturbance involved a brawl between Tomic and a male friend in a spa.
