Stags duo to play for Kookaburras

THIS Wednesday Ben Hoskin and Alex Profke will get on the plane and fly to Rockhampton to play for South East Kookaburras in the QRL State Carnival.

Ben and Alex both play for the Lowood Stags with Ben making the side for the under 14s and Alex in the under 16s.

Both of the boys will play in the State Carnival championships against the best players in Queensland for their respective age groups.

The other representative teams are from across Queensland, including sides from the Northern Marlins, South West Mustangs, Capricornia Capras, South East Poinsettias and the Wide Bay Bulls.

The winners of the carnival will be the 2010 State Carnival champions.
