THE Gatton branch of Heritage Building Society beat 48 other branches to raise the most money for Seeing Eye Dogs Queensland in a special campaign last year.
It was the second year in a row Gatton branch topped the totals for the campaign, which has raised more than $77,000 across Heritage for the Seeing Eye Dogs in the past two years.
Their reward was the right to name a new guide dog puppy this year. They chose the name, Spud, for their puppy, now living with a host family.
To thank Heritage for its support, six-month-old Spud visited the Gatton branch with Peter Evans from Vision Australia.
