Sit back, relax and have a yarn

THE Laidley Community Care Centre will proudly present Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Women's Yarning Time on June 24.

Scheduled to be held between 9.30am and 2.30pm, Yarning Time is a wonderful opportunity to participate and share some Yarning Time with each other and the Elders.

Everyone is encouraged to bring a plate of something yummy to share for Morning Tea, as lunch will be provided.

Feel free to bring along a friend to share this yarning time with, along with your sewing, kitting, art, craft, or just your yarning voice.

If you would like to share this day, please inform the Laidley Community Centre, on 5465 1889.

There will be no guest speakers as the women who will be attending are the speakers, presenting lots of yarning, sharing their stories.
