Serious traffic crash at Haigslea

UPDATE: A 33-year-old man has died after a collision between a truck and a car at Haigslea yesterday afternoon.

 

The crash occurred around 1.20pm on Haigslea Malabar Road.

 

The driver of the car was pronounced deceased at the scene.

 

The truck driver, a 52-year-old man was not physically injured.

 

Haigslea Malabar Road is still closed to traffic.

 

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
