Second woman charged over 'bad teeth' home invasion
A SECOND woman has been arrested and charged in relation to a violent home invasion in Toowoomba.
Two women described as having bad teeth forced their way into an East Toowoomba home on the morning of October 11, restraining the 29-year-old female occupant with gaffer tape.
They went on to search the home, taking a small amount of money before running away.
The victim was shaken, but unharmed in the incident.
On Friday, police charged a second woman, who was being held at a south east Queensland prison, over her alleged role in the home invasion.
The 29-year-old has been charged with robbery in company, deprivation of liberty and one count of entering a dwelling with intent to commit an indictable offence.
She will appear in Toowoomba Magistrates Court on January 21.
On October 15, a 44-year-old Russell Island woman was also charged over the incident.
Toowoomba detectives are investigating the possibility another person was involved in the home invasion.
