Regional clubs urged to protect fields during wet weather

DUE to the forecast of rain this week, Sport Ipswich asks clubs to be mindful of using sporting fields in wet weather.

Training and playing on wet fields can result in significant damage to grass fields that can take weeks or months to fully repair.

To ensure your fields are in the best possible condition for your season, inspect fields prior to usage.
