Teen girl, woman in hospital after being struck by BB gun
POLICE are searching for a man for questioning after a teenage girl and a woman in her 40's was taken to Caboolture Hospital.
A Queensland Police spokesperson said they attended a call-out this morning on Homestead Rd, Morayfield.
"A 14-year-old girl has received a superficial wound to her leg," the spokesperson said.
"We believe it was caused by a pellet gun or BB gun.
"No one is in custody at this stage but we are chasing a man who was last seen driving a ute."
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesperson said paramedics assessed two patients on a private property this morning.
"The patients were transported in a stable condition to Caboolture Hospital," the spokesperson said.
"A teenage girl sustained a superficial wound to her knee and a female in her 40's suffered an abrasion to her thigh."
