Police called to 2am pub punch-up

POLICE were called to a punch-up outside a popular hotel around 2am on Saturday morning. 

A Queensland Police Service spokeswoman said two people had become involved in a fight outside the Railway Hotel in Gatton around 2am, with one man "punched around the face" several times.

A 29-year-old Gatton man was given a public nuisance infringement and given a move on direction.

Queensland Ambulance Services were called to the scene.
