Pink on body shamers: You think I look fat? SO WHAT?

NOTORIOUSLY frank singer Pink has taken aim at online critics who took pot shots at her body after she appeared at a Los Angeles ball on the weekend.

Snarky comments about her weight began appearing online after she stepped out with husband Carey Hart wearing a low-cut, form-fitting gown.

But not being one to take crap, the singer reminded us why she has an exclamation point in her stage name.

"I can see that some of you are concerned about me from your comments about my weight," she wrote on Twitter.

She went to the 30th Annual John Wayne Odyssey Ball to pay tribute to her friend Dr Maggie DiNorme who was being recognised for "her tireless efforts and stellar contributions to the eradication of cancer."

"But unfortunately, my weight seems much more important to some of you.

"While I admit that that dress didn't photograph as well as it did in my kitchen, I will also admit that I felt very pretty.
"In fact, I felt beautiful.

"So, my good and concerned peoples, please don't worry about me.

"And I'm not worried about you either

"I am perfectly fine, perfectly happy, and my healthy, voluptuous and crazy strong body is having some much deserved time off.

"Thanks for your concern.

"Love, cheesecake."

And just to make sure readers got the message, she put up a pretty excellent photo, complete with a quote from her hot hubby on why he loves her curves.
