Person found dead after shed fire at Mt Gravatt

POLICE are investigating after a person was located deceased following a shed fire at Mount Gravatt overnight.

Emergency services were called the Bentham Street property shortly before 3am where they discovered a shed alight.

A search of the shed resulted in the discovery of a deceased person.

The ABC was reporting it was a man but the circumstances of the death were unclear.

Police remain at the scene as investigations into the cause of the fire continue.
