Thief steals 31 pairs of knickers from clothesline

A THIEF has stolen 31 pairs of women's underwear from a home in Scarness.

A spokesman for Hervey Bay Police said between April 25 and May 7 an unknown suspect had entered the home and taken 31 pairs of underwear in total from a clothesline.

It is unknown at this point whether the items were stolen all at once or were taken over a period of time.

While police have made some brief inquiries investigations are still under way.
