Origin teams side-by-side as NSW names their game 2 team

NSW coach Laurie Daley has named an attacking side for Origin II in Sydney next Wednesday night in a bid to end Queensland's eight year domination.

Daley has recalled attacking trumps Josh Dugan and Will Hopoate to his backline to replace the Morris brothers Brett and Josh who were both injured in last month's brutal Origin opener in Brisbane.

North Queensland's James Tamou has been dropped to the bench with Titans enforcer Greg Bird being rushed straight back into the second-row after serving a dangerous throw suspension.

Skipper Paul Gallen will move into the front-row to accommodate Bird's return which has cost Tony Williams his Origin jumper after an average game in Brisbane.

Daley has put his cards on the table going for players who can take the game to Queensland.

"I think it's a great team," he said.

"Brett and Josh (Morris) couldn't be part of game but they typified the courage we will need in game two.

"It's given an opportunity to a few guys who've been there before in Dugan and Hopoate who's been out of the game for a few years."
