THERE was a strong police presence at the Rockhampton courthouse yesterday as Noa Etheridge, 20, appeared facing a fresh charge of driving a vehicle causing death or grievous bodily harm.
Etheridge's matter in the Rockhampton's Magistrate Court was adjourned to August 4. The Emu Park man faces charges in relation to the March death of Jemal Lawton.
Magistrate Barry Cosgrove warned anyone who interrupted his proceedings would be charged with contempt of court.
