FURTHER human remains have been found at the site in the Glasshouse Mountains where police and SES are searching for Daniel Morcombe.

The remains, which were located in the primary search site off Kings Road over the past week, will be forensically analysed.

The Morcombe family has been kept regularly advised of any developments throughout the search.

As a result of discussions between the Queensland Police Service and the Morcombe family, it has been decided to provide general updates about the search on a weekly rather than daily basis to the media and public each Monday morning.

Forensic testing of shoes found at the site is ongoing.

The search of the site continues today.

Anyone with information which could assist police with their investigations should contact Crime Stoppers anonymously via 1800 333 000 or 24hrs a day.
