LUXURIOUS: This multi-level home with stunning views is up for auction.

WHAT will a couple of million dollars buy you on the Sunshine Coast?

Well, it will put you in the bidding for a luxury multi-level home on Buderim's prime north-eastern rim.

The six-bedroom house with home cinema and swimming pool at 11 Rim Rd is to go to auction on February 10 with Ben Wilson and Kelly Pares, of Code Property Group.

"Buyers at this level will be quite discerning,'' Mr Wilson said.

"They will know what they want - quality, prestige, that wow factor - and this will deliver that for them.

"It is magnificent in terms of location ... housing that sets a standard on the Sunshine Coast.

"And has arguably the best view on the Coast ... 270-degree views from mountains to beach.''

Those views take in Mt Ninderry, Mt Coolum, Mudjimba Island, seeing the planes land at night at the airport, Maroochydore CBD, Alexandra Headland and around to Kawana.

They get even wider when you go to the main bedroom retreat on the top floor.

From the street, step through the timber double doors with keyless entry and the sheer size and quality of this residence hits you. So does the view.

Marble tiling is throughout the main living areas and wide set of stairs.

Designed to maximise usability, it is a timeless fit-out. Everything is quality from the kitchens to the bathrooms. Bi-fold doors stretch the length of the 15m balcony with north-east aspect. Below you is the solar-heated pool.

There are kitchens on both mid levels along with a multi-purpose room and home cinema at ground floor.

Full back-to-base security is fitted, along with ducted air-conditioning. High ceilings add to the spacious feel throughout.

A guest suite is on the street level, with its own walk-in wardrobe and ensuite.

A powder room is near the entry stairs while the tiled main bathroom serves the two bedrooms in the west wing.

While a picture window grabs the view, louvres take advantage of the breezes.

On the top level, there are even bigger views, especially to the north - from Point Glorious, Mt Eerwah, Mt Ninderry and Mt Cooroy and over the Maroochy River.

There is a private balcony off the bedroom while the ensuite is fitted with a spa bath to take in the views, twin wash basins and step-in double shower.

As well as a walk-in wardrobe, there is a dressing room/retreat with full-length mirrors and room for a study desk or make-up dresser.

A timber-tread staircase leads from the living areas down to the rumpus room with full kitchen and a 6m-wide under-cover deck that would be ideal for entertaining.

The auction is on site at 4pm.
