Miller's office operates during pigeon feather clean-up

THE operation of Jo-Ann Miller's office is continuing despite the building remaining closed by a pigeon colony.

A spokesman for the Member for Bundamba said constituents could still access services and support for state issues.

Ms Miller's office was closed in late-January while it was cleaned and pigeon matter removed.

Ms Miller was hospitalised with pneumonia, which she said pigeons caused.

Workplace Health and Safety said investigations could not determine a link between the birds and Ms Miller's health.

Her spokesman said Ms Miller was preparing for next week's first parliamentary sitting.

The electorate office at St Ives Shopping Centre remains closed but people wanting to contact Ms Miller should phone 3447 9100 or email Bundamba@parliament.qld.gov.au.
