IS Floyd Mayweather making another shock return to boxing?

The ring legend took his record to 50-0 when he came out of retirement to beat Conor McGregor in August.

And despite that fight netting him more than $120 million, the lure of a hefty payday to return once more could prove too much for the man nicknamed 'Money'.

His Twitter activity on Thursday seemed to suggest so, with the 40-year-old posting two videos of him back in the gym working on a bag.

That led to intense speculation on social media, with many taking the tweets as indication he is set to return to the ring once again, though fans couldn't agree on who he might take on.

Fans suggested he could fight Jeff Horn victim Manny Pacquaio again or unbeaten Kazakhstani Gennady Golovkin.

Golovkin holds the unified WBA (super), WBC, IBF, and IBO middleweight titles.
