YOU can't go wrong with this delicious favourite!
- 3 x 65 g Mars Bars
- 90g butter, chopped
- 3 cups rice bubbles
- 200g milk chocolate30 g butter, extra
- Grease a slice tray
- Combine butter and Mars Bars in a saucepan
- Stir constantly over low heat without boiling, until the mixture is smooth
- Stir in rice bubbles and press mixture evenly into slice tray
- Melt the extra butter and chocolate over hot water and stir constantly until smooth
- Spread chocolate evenly over slice and refridgerate until topping has set
