Mars Bar slice!

YOU can't go wrong with this delicious favourite!


  • 3 x 65 g Mars Bars
  • 90g butter, chopped
  • 3 cups rice bubbles
  • 200g milk chocolate30 g butter, extra


  1. Grease a slice tray
  2. Combine butter and Mars Bars in a saucepan
  3. Stir constantly over low heat without boiling, until the mixture is smooth
  4. Stir in rice bubbles and press mixture evenly into slice tray
  5. Melt the extra butter and chocolate over hot water and stir constantly until smooth
  6. Spread chocolate evenly over slice and refridgerate until topping has set
