A MAN has been found dead in the water at a Sunshine Coast beach yesterday evening.
A Queensland Ambulance spokesman said paramedics were called to Hastings Street at Noosa Heads at 5.45pm after the body of a man was found in the water.
A 69-year-old man was dead when discovered, a Queensland Police spokeswoman said.
A coroner will determine if the man suffered a medical episode in the water.
