Man armed with shotgun holds up Goodna Bowls Club

POLICE are on the hunt for a man who attacked two people armed with a shotgun at the Goodna Bowls Club before fleeing with cash.

The man, whose face was covered, threatened staff and patrons at the Brisbane Terrace club about 10.10pm on Saturday night.

A police spokesman said the offender allegedly hit two victims in the head with the butt of the weapon, leaving them in need of treatment by paramedics.
