Man airlifted from farm with serious head injuries

UPDATE 10.50AM: 

A MAN in his 30s has been airlifted to Princess Alexandra Hospital after suffering a serious head injury at a Gatton farm. 

The man was struck by a falling pallet at Rugby Farm on Hood Street about 8.15am and suffered injuries to his head. 

A Queensland Ambulance spokesman said the man was airlifted from the scene of the accident in a serious condition.

A RESCUE helicopter is on its way to a Gatton workplace following an incident in which a man has been hit by a falling pallet.

The man, who is reportedly in his 30s, has sustained head injuries after the wooden pallet struck him about 8.15am.
