A TEENAGER with pelvic injuries, leg pain and a reported fractured wrist was airlifted to the Princess Alexandra Hospital, after a forklift rolled onto him this morning.

A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesperson said they were called out to a location in Hendricks Rd, Mount Forbes, southeast of Laidley around 9am to attend to a 19 year-old male patient.

RACQ CareFlight airlifted the man to the Princess Alexandra Hospital for further treatment.

He is in a stable condition.

The spokesperson said the accident was thought to be more serious and their high acuity response unit was initially going to attend.
