Who was so cruel to dump this kitten in the cold?

A small black kitten was abandoned in Bundaberg.

A LITTLE kitten was found dumped and tied to a railing near a Bundaberg vet.

Bundaberg cat rescue group Cat Connections HQ posted the kitten's plight to Facebook to highlight the desperate situation facing the region's kitties.

"A staff member went to open up for the day, only to find a four-month-old female kitten tied up to the stairs with minimal food and water and a small blanket," the post said.

The group said they were desperate for funds after being regularly inundated by unwanted cats and kittens in the region.

"Being Bundaberg's only non-profit cat and kitten rescue and rehoming charity, we decided we would take in this little girl and give her the chance she deserves," a spokesperson for the group said.
