KIM Kardashian West wants to do another nude photo shoot before she gets pregnant again.

The reality TV star, who has a 16-month-old daughter, North, with husband Kanye West, bares all on the latest cover of Paper magazine and is reportedly eager to show off her famous physique as much as possible before she gains any weight.

A source said the 34-year-old beauty, who has been vocal about her desire to have a second child, is planning to do "a few more" naked shoots before she gets pregnant, but they'll happen soon because she desperately wants another baby.

The insider also told gossip website that the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star, who recently admitted she is "trying" to have another child, is very proud of her body after working hard to lose the 50 pounds she gained while expecting North last year.

Kim recreates French photographer Jean-Paul Goude's famous "Champagne Incident" shot on the cover of the magazine and also poses naked with her broad backside oiled up and exposed, as part of its 'Break the Internet' campaign.

But another source told the nude shot was a spontaneous decision, saying: "They went into it with just one cover image in mind -- that was it. But Jean-Paul Goude and Kim hit it off, and they asked everyone to leave and they got creative themselves! No publicist, no magazine execs. He has to be inspired and sketch her first and have a vision. So he came up with that: ripping the dress off. Kim thought he was amazing and just the best. It was all about the art of it and being creative."

Kanye appears to approve of the images, as he shared the risky photograph with his followers via Twitter, with the caption: "#AllDay"
