THE Duchess of Cambridge has literally been swept off her feet after she was invited to dance at London Paddington station.

But it wasn't her husband, Prince William, who had the honour, instead that fell to a giant teddy bear. The world-famous Paddington Bear to be precise.

The once globe-trotting bear had no hesitation in asking for a quick spin with the pregnant Kate Middleton when the royal couple, along with Prince Harry, met children from multiple charities who were heading off on a special trip through the English countryside.

The pair's impromptu dance delighted the onlookers and Kate, who has been suffering acute morning sickness, was all smiles as she shimmied and twirled.

Kate made her first public appearance last week after it was announced she was expecting the couple's third child.

However, like her previous two pregnancies, she has been laid low by hyperemesis gravidarum.

"She's feeling much better," William said.
