Instagram star ‘accidentally’ streams sex

MOST of us have probably been on the receiving end of a butt dial.

You hear the phone on the other end rustling in someone's handbag, or muted conversation coming through a jeans pocket, so you hang up and think nothing more of it.

American Instagram star Kristen Hancher didn't get off so easily.

The 18-year-old model grew to fame posting short videos, which basically involves her lip syncing snippets from songs and movies.

She was enjoying some - how to put this delicately? - alone time with her boyfriend Andrew Gregory when she put the butt in butt dial.

It appears one of them accidentally hit a button on her mobile phone, because somehow Instagram's live-streaming feature was activated.

Their steamy session was broadcast for three whole minutes not to one person at the other end of the phone, but Ms Hancher's 3.9 million followers.

Luckily, the phone was face-down, so there were no visuals, but based on fans' comments, it seems there were some very interesting vocals.

Approximately 14,000 of her followers were online at the time, and they quickly started leaving comments freaking out on her behalf.

Most people would probably turn red, deactivate their accounts, and hide under a rock for a while, but the young star handled it with considerable poise.

"Whoever saw my live, I just wanna apologise; that was totally NOT intentional. Delete it from your mind. That was super embarrassing and super uncomfortable," she wrote.

"But for real, guys, sh*t happens. Accidents happen. You have to move and pretend like it never happened and go on with your life. That's what I'm gonna do."

She insisted she had no idea the session was being recorded.

Ms Hancher and Mr Gregory have been together for about a year and a half.
