IGA get behind trail fun run

SUPA IGA Lowood has signed on as the official sponsor for the next two years of the Rail Trail Fun Run, which took place on Sunday, July 12.

The store has donated funds, as well as water, fruit, water bottles and caps to those who took part in the fun run.

Supa IGA has also got more than 16 local businesses on board for IGA's Community Chest program.

Through the Community Chest program, Supa IGA Lowood will be donating money to the local SES, schools, football team and aged care facility.

And, the support/interest from customers has been great.

IGA Community Chest program operates 365 days a year, and sees a percentage of all specially marked products donated back to local communities and other worthy causes. Simply by shopping at IGA, customers have contributed to the Community Chest fund.
