Hayne and Burt stun Sharks

JARRYD Hayne and Luke Burt scored two tries each as Parramatta launched an amazing second-half comeback to beat the shellshocked Sharks 29-20 at Parramatta Stadium last night.

The Eels, who before last night had only one win all season, looked down and out as first-half four-pointers from Isaac Gordon, Colin Best and Paul Gallen took Cronulla out to a 20-6 lead at half-time.

Ryan Morgan had put the Eels in front on eight minutes but it looked as if the Eels' misery would continue as the Sharks dominated.

But Hayne struck four minutes after the break before Burt scored his double to put the home side 22-20 in front.

Hayne rounded off the try-scoring with 10 minutes left before Chris Sandow sealed the win with a drop goal
