JOSH Neumann has been through the Lockyer High school system and after realising what was on offer to all students he decided to try to help students discover their pathways.

Mr Neumann recently graduated from University of Southern Queensland, studying a Master of Education with a major in guidance and counselling.

“I want every student to be able to do the basics – read, write, connect and understand their world, and sometimes they don’t have the conditions to be able to do that,” he said.

“It’s working with the students and their families so they’ve got a shot at succeeding in the pathway of their choosing.”

Mr Neumann graduated with a GPA of 6.25 and is working on the Gold Coast.
