INTERNET sensation Gary the Goat and his sidekick Jimbo Bazoobi made a surprise visit to the Toowoomba CBD today.

The duo, popular on Facebook and YouTube, was a hit with shoppers and businesses.

The pair has been touring Australia for years and stopped in at the Crazy Goat Espresso in Ruthven St.

Mr Bazoobi said he was informed goats "invented" coffee by accidentally eating it one day.

"It's great to be in the big smoke of Toowoomba," he said.

The comedy act will perform at the Spotted Cow tomorrow night.
