Flood warning on Condamine River

TOOWOOMBA Regional Council is warning residents on the Condamine River downstream of Tummaville to prepare for further flooding.

The Condamine River at Tummaville rose 2.5 metres over seven hours this morning and there is some concern that property owners or residents may be caught by surprise.

Property owners and residents along the Condamine River in and around Millmerran and Cecil Plains are advised to expect further rises in the river and are encouraged to monitor their local situation closely.
