First-person Pacman: Nightmarish yet brilliant
WHEN independent game developer Tom Davies decided to learn Unity 3D, he took Pacman and made it a nightmare everyone should play.
If only so we can truly understand what we'd put our tiny yellow hero through for all these years.
FPS-MAN is the Pacman we all know and love from a different perspective: Pacman's eyes.
For those who don't know: You play as a yellow circle wondering through black and blue neon hallways being chased by ghosts while trying to eat as many tokens as you can.
The 'being chased by ghosts' part of the story never meant much to me till now. The first time I walked around a corner to fall into the deathly embrace of a giant green ghost made me jump.
I consider my childhood ruined.
