MIND, body and soul can be rejuvenated through a range of health packages at Maleny's Spicers Tamarind Retreat.

The popular retreat has introduced three Wellness Packages, two Fitness Escapes and a Super Bootcamp Getaway which combine wellness and fitness activities with meals and accommodation.

Spicers general manager Sunshine Coast David Assef said whether guests were looking to get into shape or relax, these packages were designed to revitalise the mind, body and soul.

"Our packages offer everything from yoga, Tai Chi and Reiki for the mind, one-on-one personal training including boxercise, pump, cardio or core strengthening for the body, proven weight loss programs and activities such as spiritual guidance, a cooking class and stress management for the soul," he said.

"These activities are the perfect addition to the first-class accommodation, award-winning cuisine and breathtaking scenery and that makes Spicers Tamarind Retreat the ultimate escape."

The two-night Spa Wellness Escape is a quick stress-release escape that will recharge tired bodies and revitalise the mind.

From $1918 per couple, it includes accommodation, all meals, a yoga class, day spa treatments and a bush walk.

The three-night Mind Body Soul Wellness Retreat and seven-night Optimum Wellness Retreat start from $2947 and $7753 per couple respectively and include accommodation, meals and activities such as daily spa treatments, Tai Chi/yoga, circuit training and spin classes, nutritional planning, cooking school and airport transfers.
