Faith college fair full of fun

STUDENTS from throughout the region look forward all year to the Faith Lutheran Fair - and for good reason.

With an array of rides, show bags, twilight markets and a smorgasbord of gourmet food, the event has something for everyone.

Held at the school grounds last Friday, some of the best cars in the district were on display, along with performances from local school and community groups on stage.

Faith Lutheran College principal Janelle Anderson said the fair couldn't happen without the involvement of students and staff.

"Students run stalls and every staff member is here volunteering their time,” MsAnderson said.

"We also couldn't have done it without the ground staff, who have been busy preparing for two weeks leading up to today.

"And there have been more local donations this year, which meant we could expand the rides.”

Ms Anderson said the children had an absolute ball.

"They look forward to this all year,” she said.

"It's such a lovely atmosphere for the whole family too.”
