NOVOTEL Twin Waters Resort Executive Chef Steven Forrester and his team have created a new buffet dinner menu for Nouveau Restaurant which brings the great flavours of the world and theatre together.
The new menu featuring live cooking stations changes daily, reflecting a number of different international cuisines from around the world each incorporating the best in-season produce available.
Each evening the menu is themed.
Monday is Mexican with patrons enjoying a full flavoured menu from the heart of Central America, Tuesday guests will enjoy a rich selection of gourmet French cuisine and Wednesday night is Taste of the Orient where guests will discover the flavours of Asia with a combination of fresh Asian ingredients and Wok Inspired cooking.
On Thursday guests will be taken on a Mediterranean adventure as the chefs whip up tasty Italian favourites, Friday and Saturday nights guests will experience a selection of Queensland's finest seafood and of course on Sundays, Nouveau will be serving a traditional Sunday roast with all the trimmings.
Each evening Nouveau Restaurant will be transformed into a culinary haven with the chefs preparing exotic dishes and enticing diners to get the world on their fork.
Guests can meet the chefs whilst experiencing live cooking action from their seats.
Resort guests often visit the restaurant several times during their stay so the aim of the new menu is to offer something for all tastes.
The new interactive dining experience ensures an exciting, fun and fresh experience for all.
Nouveau Restaurant offers indoor or alfresco dining overlooking the resort pool or lagoon and is open to guests and the public daily.
A sumptuous buffet breakfast and lunch is also available daily.
