LITTLE William Dammann might not remember it, but some of his first moments in this world were in the arms of a superhero.

William Emery Dammann was born on May 16 at St Vincent's Hospital in Toowoomba to proud parents Chris and Maren Dammann.

William weighed 3050g and was 49cm long.

He was born at 6.06pm.

He is the first child for Chris and Maren Dammann from Top Camp and to celebrate the birth of their son, a friend dared Chris to walk into the hospital dressed as the superhero The Flash.

Chris did just that to the joy of his friends and family.

The couple migrated to Toowoomba from Germany eight years ago when they were both 23 and studied at the University of Southern Queensland.

They immediately fell in love with Toowoomba and have since started their own business.
