A FACEBOOK event has been set up for a 10-year reunion party to commemorate Corey Worthington's infamous MySpace party - and 10,000 people are interested in attending.

The event, called Corey's Party: 10 Year reunion, is supposedly scheduled for January 8 next year at a yet-to-be decided location in Narre Warren.

On the Facebook event page, organisers of the reunion event said they were still waiting for confirmation from Worthington about where it would be held but kids were welcome and attendees were urged to "bring a plate".

"Thought we could all reunite for a little catch up, 10 years on," they said.

"Would love to see how we all are, so feel free to bring your partner and/or kids along.

"Still sorting out entertainment for the night, at the moment we've locked in some big names from that era that have stood the test of time - Operator Please, The Potbelleez, Sam Sparro, Gabriella Cilmi and DJs will be spinning the Ministry of Sound 2008 annual."

The now heavily tattooed Worthington, 26, shot to fame after throwing the out-of-control party in 2008 when he was just 16.

The message spread far and wide and ended in a teenage rampage of up to 500 guests through the streets of Narre Warren South.

The police shut the party down with help from the dog squad and the police helicopter.

The bash was condemned by the media at the time.

After that Worthington appeared on the 2008 version of Australian Big Brother and also released a single - a cover of the Beastie Boy's Fight for Your Right (to party) and was represented by celebrity agent Max Markson.

Two years ago he got married in Bali and his Facebook page lists him as the founder of Not Sorry Entertainment.

Comment has been sought from Victoria Police, Corey Worthington and some of the artists supposedly engaged for the event.
